Red Brick Ale

English caramel malts make this true amber ale an excellent choice for beer lovers looking for a full bodied ale. The basic ingredients are similar to that of the Copperhead, but this brew is a bold roasty amber.

Grain: : 2 Row, Munich 10, Crisp 50-60, Chocolate Malt
Hops: Nugget, Cascade

Copperhead Amber Ale

This amber ale is Oklahoma’s favorite handcrafted beer. Copperhead is a light bodied, caramel malted ale. This brew is very malty and has a clean finish. The Sterling and Willamette hops give Copperhead a smooth yet crisp after taste.

Grain: 2 Row, Caramel 40, Caramel 20, Munich 10
Hops: Nugget, Sterling, Willamette

Bison American Wheat Ale

This beer is a German Hefeweizen style of beer that is golden in color and is served unfiltered, which gives the beer a cloudy appearance. This brew is very light and has a mild yeast presence. Adding a squeeze of lemon or orange to this light bodied and light textured brew will bolster its characteristic tartness.

Grain: 2 Row, Red Wheat
Hops: Sterling

Aught 7 IPA

A classic West Coast IPA. We add 1 addition of Northern Brewer at 90 minutes, and then 3 additions of Cascade at 60 minutes, 30 minutes, and 5. It is a very drinkable IPA and will not kill you with hop, but gives just enough to keep the hopheads (and us) happy.

Grain: 2 Row, Caramel 60, Wheat, CaraPils
Hops: Northern Brewer, Cascade

Black Gold Stout

This extra dry stout flaunts a roasted aroma and is a mainstay on St. Patrick’s day. The big flavors of chocolate and black malts coat the mouth with roasted maltiness that will linger on and on. Creamy and very dark, Black Gold is one of our best brews.

Grain: 2 Row, Caramel 80, Caramel 60, Flaked Barley, Flaked Oats, Black Barley, Black Malt, Lactose
Hops: Nugget, UK Fuggels

Landrun lager

Land Run is the lightest brew we make. Very crisp and clean tasting, Land Run is delicately hopped for an extra smooth finish. Lagers take longer to ferment than ales (30 days), so we are not able to have this on tap all the time.

Grain: 2 Row, Pilsen, Munich 10
Hops: Nugget, Saaz

Rock Island Rail Ale

This brew is another light ale that is very mild and easy to drink. Made primarily with pale malt, this is a light beer drinkers delight. The additions of Sterling and Willamette hops leave you with almost no aftertaste whatsoever.

Grain: 2 Row, Caramel 40, Pilsen
Hops: Sterling, Willamette

Oktoberfest

Our Oktoberfest is true to the style of German Oktoberfest beers. The lager is medium bodied, and characterized by a malty flavor and a little hop in the finish. We use German Augustiner yeast and Noble hops.

Grain: 2 Row, Munich 10, Vienna, Caramel 60, CaraPils, Chocolate
Hops: Saaz, Mt. Hood

Ol' Blue Berry Ale

A new beer first brewed in the summer of 2009. We take our recipe for a light golden ale, and then add 110 pounds of blueberries to the boil. Then, after fermentation, we add another 110 pounds of blueberries to the tank and age it for 6 weeks. It is like dry hopping, but with blueberries. The result was the fastest selling beer in our history. It is a fruit beer that still keeps the beer first and the fruit second.

Grain: 2 Row, Pilsen, CaraPils, Caramel
Hops: Sterling, Saaz
220 lbs Fresh Blueberries

1 North Lager

A classic Vienna lager style beer. Similar to an Oktoberfest, but not quite as malty, the 1 N. Lager (named after our address) is a medium bodied lager that normally comes around in late summer and fall.

Grain: 2 Row, Munich 10, Vienna, Caramel 60
Hops: Saaz, Mt. Hood

High Plains Porter

This style of dark beer is a classic roasted flavored ale. Lots of chocolate and black malts give this brew a full-bodied, malty and sweet finish. This porter also has a mild coffee aroma and a slightly hoppy bite to it.

Grain: N/A
Hops: N/A

Spiced Pumpkin Ale

This will become a November and December staple. We use a roasty, amber ale recipe and add 150 pounds of pumpkin to the boil. We also add a generous dose of fresh ground cinnamon, coriander, and nutmeg. It is in keeping with the old tradition of using pumpkin to add fermentable sugars to beers when grain was not as readily available. A perfect beer for the Holiday Season.

Grain: 2 Row, Munich 10, Vienna, Chocolate
Hops: Chinook, Cascade
Spices:Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Coriander
